It is the responsibility of our customers to ensure they accurately review the information provided on all order(s) prior to submission and to ensure all address and delivery information is correctly noted. The following are guidelines in which EZTshirtPrints cannot be held responsible:

  • If an order is refused at the time of delivery of is undeliverable, we will reship upon the customer’s request and expense. Customers will be responsible for all reshipment cost.
  • The product is lost, delayed or returned to EZTshirtPrints due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address. Customers will be responsible for all reshipment charges.
  • If order(s) is delayed in production and/or shipping as a result of the customer providing inaccurate information.
  • If order(s) incurs a higher shipping charge as a result of the customer providing inaccurate information.
  • Order(s) that are duplicated as a result of customer error.
