Questions After Order
EZTshirtPrints begins to process your order immediately upon receipt; therefore, we strongly encourage our customers to review their mockups very carefully and in the event of any errors or corrections to email our support team immediately at info@eztshirtprintscom.
EZTshirtPrints cannot be held responsible for typos, incorrect information, incorrect printing specifications, design flaws or design errors or for order(s) that are duplicated as a result of customer error. Additionally, EZTshirtPrints cannot be held responsible for errors that are contained in the uploaded customer file, e.g., misspelling, graphics, bleeds, grammar, damaged fonts, punctuation, wrong cuts, fuzzy images, pixelated or otherwise distorted, etc. EZTshirtPrints does not make any changes on customer files.
Cancellation Policy
For Standard shipping orders customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing their order. If orders are cancelled between 24 to 48 hours, there is a 25% nonrefundable fee. Cancellation or refunds are not possible after 48 hours.
Rush order(s) cannot be changed or canceled. Customers will be responsible for all charges incurred on placing any rush order(s).
