We love bringing your projects to life, unfortunately though these are custom creations and for some reason if you are not satisfied, we cannot refund as the items have custom screen printing and/or embroidering. Please ensure that you have ordered the correct size and color before submitting your order. However, we are here to serve our customers and therefore we highly recommend that if you have any issues with your order please contact our Support Team immediately at info@eztshirtprintscom. All requests will be assessed on individual basis and responses will be provided by our team within 24-hours.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at eztshirtprint@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your orders along with the pic of the defective or damaged item.
